In short

Twain collects no data about you. What you write down stays on your own iPhone. We can't see it, and there is no server that stores it.

Where your content lives

Important items, urgent items, progress entries, due dates and reminder settings are stored only in the app's own storage on your iPhone. The Home Screen widgets read the same on-device data.

Twain has no accounts and needs no sign-up or sign-in. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. When you delete the app, the system deletes this content with it.

What we don't do

• We don't collect your name, email, phone number or any other personal information.
• No usage analytics, behavior tracking or crash reporting.
• No ads and no third-party SDKs.
• We don't track you, and we never share or sell data.

Notifications

When you set a reminder on an urgent item, the app asks for notification permission. Reminders are delivered by your iPhone on schedule, without any server. You can turn them off anytime in Settings.

Feedback and ratings

Tapping Feedback opens your own mail app to write to us. Only the email you choose to send reaches us, and we use it only to reply and improve the app.

Tapping Rate Twain shows Apple's system rating prompt; ratings and reviews are handled by Apple under its privacy policy.

Future changes

If a future version adds iCloud sync, your data will be stored in your own iCloud account, kept by Apple, and we still won't be able to see it. Before any feature that changes what this policy says ships, we'll update this policy and its effective date.
